Website for reporting Year-End (2011) Statistical Tables I, II, III
Instructions for entering year-end information on the new Ezra Statistics System @ GCFA
Posted on behalf of David Dommisse (DavidDommisse@vaumc.org), Conference Treasurer and Business Administrator:
The 2011 statistics system is now accessible to local churches to logon and print off the reports in preparation for year-end reporting. You can access the statistics website at http://ezra.gcfa.org/. The Eagle Statistic System has been enhanced and renamed by GCFA to Ezra. Logons have been reset for the 2011 year. Ezra allows for two logons per church using the 6 digit GCFA Church# ending with the letter p for pastor or o for office. The password for 2011 is methodist. Here is an example:
Ezra Logon: 654321p
Password: methodist

Due Dates:
Table I – Jan 15
Table II – Jan 31
Table III – Jan 31
Once you've entered data in each of the tables, you must select Submit from the Home menu. This indicates to your district that you are done. You will need to enter an explanation for all warnings when you submit your statistics. We hope this will help to relieve common keying errors. If you need your password reset, you can contact your district office administrative assistant.
