RE: CONFIRMATION OF YOUR SPRING TRAINING WORKSHOP/S
Dear Registrant,
We look forward to seeing you on March 20th at our Spring Training event at Nandua Middle School. 160 laity and clergy have enrolled in the various workshops being offered!
Included with this letter is a copy of the registration. Please note at the top of the registration, we have entered the workshop number and whether it is a morning or afternoon session. The registrants are listed by last name in alphabetical order. The back of this page list the names of workshops. ** (double asterisks) by the participant’s name indicates those who do not want lunch. * (single asterisk) by the name means those who have already paid.
Those registered for morning workshops will need to come between 8:30 and 9 am. There will be volunteers in the parking lot to assist you and greeters in the school to direct you to the registration tables. A wheel chair will be available if there is a need. There will be two lines for registration –one for those who have paid and the other line for those who need to. If you need to pay the $7 fee, please have correct amount in cash or your check made payable to ESDUMC. Don’t forget to pick up your name tag with your room #assignment on the back. After you have signed in, go to the Cafeteria for morning refreshments. At 9 am we will begin devotions and announcements.
Participants who have registered for afternoon workshops and have indicated they are coming for lunch, please be at the school before 11:30 am, otherwise afternoon workshops begin at 12:30.
Nandua Middle School is located approximately ½ mile south of the Onley traffic light. Turn west off Warrior Drive, continue straight to NMS. Parking at the school is available in their parking lot on your left. Please enter the building by the open side doors where registration tables are located. (We are reserving parking in front of the school for those who need handicap parking and for our instructors.)
